Working your way up the corporate latter can take time, but for those who have degree it seems to be a faster climb. Experience does count for a great deal on a resume; however nothing is better than having an educational background with one or more college degrees. Not everyone can afford college, so people do use fake university degrees and add them to their resume.
However, if an employer verifies the information on your resume and finds that you used fake university diplomas, you not going to get the job anyway. It is a tough spot to be in, as you want the position. You also know you’re up against many others with the same desire, and on paper are more qualified, because have the educational background you lack. Do you take the risk or have faith that your long term experience speaks for itself?
You may have also considered putting the false qualifications down and claiming a lost college diploma, if they ask to see the certificate. This might work, or it might just buy you some time to come up with a fake degree that can pass as authentic.
Don’t be too hard on yourself, not everyone can pay for college or has the opportunity to go to college. An education is important, but the hands on experience you learned from many years of hard work have taught you the same skills and lessons taught in a classroom.
What it all boils down to, is that your experience is a valued commodity in the industry. You can choose to use fake university diplomas or not to, however stand by whatever decision you make. Once you put it on the resume and turn it in, there is no going back.
